Civil CAD Drafter

We're looking for a detail-oriented Civil CAD Drafter to join our team.
In this role, you'll prepare accurate technical drawings and plans to support civil engineering projects, including site layouts, grading, drainage, and utility designs.

Responsibilities:
Develop and revise civil drawings (site plans, grading plans, utility layouts, road profiles, etc.) using CAD software.
Translate engineers' sketches, field notes, and survey data into precise drafted plans.
Apply drafting standards, symbols, and specifications consistently across projects.
Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and project managers to ensure design accuracy.
Update and maintain drawing files, revisions, and project documentation.
Perform basic quantity takeoffs and calculations as needed.

Qualifications:
Associate degree or certificate in Civil Drafting in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Solid understanding of civil engineering concepts (grading, drainage, utilities, site design).
Strong attention to detail and ability to read/interpret engineering plans.
Good communication and organizational skills.
2+ years of relevant drafting experience preferred.
